2. User Accounts and Portal Security
When creating an account in our Student Portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and dashboard login states. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that display fraudulent activity or misuse student resources.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculum material, video lectures, source codes, cohorts documentation, and certificates presented on this platform are owned by Programify. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access course materials for learning purposes. You may not distribute, reproduce, or resell our academic curriculum without explicit written consent from our management.
4. Course Fees and Refund Policy
Enrolling in our premium cohorts (e.g. n8n Automation, Complete AI Course) may require tuition fee payments. Details regarding course fees, stipend setups, and payments are displayed during the registration checkout process. Enrollment fees are non-refundable once the official cohort batches begin, unless otherwise stated in special course agreements.
5. Certificates Authenticity
Official course certificates issued by Programify are registered inside our database registry. Any tampering, falsification, or unauthorized duplication of our certificates will invalidate the record and may lead to removal of the student profile from our verify system.
6. Liability Limitation
Programify offers high-quality training and career assistance, but does not guarantee specific employment positions or salary figures. We are not liable for any direct or indirect professional outcomes resulting from information taught in our cohorts.
