- Academic & Progress Data: Quiz scores, cohort progress, projects submitted, certificates awarded, and course access logs.
- Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser settings, operating system, and login session tokens inside the Student Portal.

We use your personal data to offer a professional and streamlined educational experience:
- To register your student profile and enable login access to the Student Portal.
- To manage cohorts, track student progress, and grade curriculum quizzes.
- To issue official, verifiable certificates that employers can check on our system.
- To process inquiries, provide WhatsApp mentor support, and send platform updates.
4. Security and Storage
All student profiles, dashboard credentials, and progress data are securely stored in cloud storage using industry-standard SSL encryption. Session states on the web application are saved in local browser tokens. We enforce strict role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure administrative datasets can only be managed by authorized Programify administrators.
5. Third-Party Services
We do not sell or lease student data to third-party marketing companies. We only interact with trusted third-party providers required for our operations:
- Vercel: For hosting the front-end web application.
- GitHub: For managing developer workflows.
- WhatsApp API: When you click the WhatsApp float button to connect directly with mentor support.
6. Your Rights
Students can request correction, updating, or complete deletion of their account credentials and registration data at any time by emailing us at programify.official@gmail.com.
